Master of Business Administration
Self-knowledge and the willingness to self-reflect are essential to modern management, in which success is strongly dependent on personality, vision and values. In other words, your performance as a manager is inextricably linked to your own personality - which could very well be your greatest strength or your greatest obstacle to further development. Working with fellow managers, you can learn to recognise each other’s strengths and weaknesses as you strive to fulfil your full management potential.
The main aim of the programme is to further develop professionals at middle and higher management level. In an academic environment, participants work towards final qualifications that correspond to the general requirements for a Master of Business Administration programme including:
* Development of analytical skills enabling course members to formulate strategic visions
* The ability to recognise, identify and communicate management problems
* Being critical and using creative and innovative approaches in finding realistic solutions to management problems
* Understanding social and ethical implications in relation to organisational survival and continuity.
Duration: 22 months part-time
